ELEVATE Programme — A 12-week online 1:1 health and lifestyle coaching programme delivered via Zoom, WhatsApp, and a structured programme portal.

1:1 Personal Training — In-person holistic personal training sessions delivered in Preston, Lancashire.

Day Retreats — Group wellness and lifestyle sessions held in outdoor locations in Preston and surrounding areas.

Phuket Retreats — Immersive 21-day residential wellness retreats held in Phuket, Thailand, accommodating a limited number of participants.

Real Estate Investment — Opportunities to invest in Samir Hospitality’s luxury wellness hotel development in Phang Nga, Thailand.

Each service is subject to its own specific agreement, pricing, and terms presented at the point of purchase or engagement. These Terms apply at the brand level across all services.

3. Nature of Services

All services provided by Samir Hospitality are:

  • Educational and informational in nature
  • Lifestyle, wellness, and performance focused
  • Non-medical and non-clinical

Nothing on this website, within our programmes, retreats, or communications constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always seek appropriate medical or professional advice before making changes to your health, diet, exercise, or lifestyle.

4. No Guarantees

Results from coaching, personal training, retreats, or any other service vary between individuals. No specific outcomes, results, or improvements are guaranteed. Testimonials and case studies shared by Samir Hospitality represent individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

5. User Responsibility

By engaging with this website or any of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when required
  • Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and health choices
  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications prior to beginning any programme or retreat
  • Seek appropriate professional advice where necessary

6. Payments

Payments for all services are processed securely via third-party payment providers. By purchasing or booking any service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified.

For Phuket Retreats and Real Estate Investment opportunities, specific payment schedules and terms will be outlined in your individual service or investment agreement.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms vary by service and are outlined in your individual service agreement.

ELEVATE Programme — Refund terms are detailed in your ELEVATE client agreement signed prior to commencement.

1:1 Personal Training — Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Prepaid session packages are non-refundable once commenced.

Day Retreats — Places are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior written notice.

Phuket Retreats — Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms for remaining balances are outlined in your retreat booking agreement. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

Real Estate Investment — Cancellation and withdrawal terms are governed by your individual investment agreement. Please read these carefully before committing.

8. Health and Safety

By participating in any in-person service including personal training sessions, day retreats, or Phuket retreats, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate. Samir Hospitality reserves the right to exclude any participant from a session or retreat if their participation is deemed a risk to themselves or others.

You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risk and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

9. Travel and Accommodation

For Phuket Retreats, participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel to and from Thailand unless otherwise stated in their booking agreement. Samir Hospitality is not liable for any costs, losses, or disruptions arising from travel arrangements, visa issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

10. Real Estate Investment

Investment in property development carries financial risk. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes regulated financial advice. Samir Hospitality does not guarantee returns on any investment. You are encouraged to seek independent financial and legal advice before entering into any investment agreement with us.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, branding, programmes, and intellectual property published on this website or delivered through our services remain the sole property of Samir Hospitality. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use any materials without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samir Hospitality and SK9 Capital Ltd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, participation in our services, or reliance on any content or information provided.
